At Camp Thunder BSA in the Flint River Council the Nature Ecology staff has developed a set of conservation service projects based on that plan which is handed to all units at checkin. It is supported with honor unit contest points, recognition and awards, and the camp strives to supply as much of the hardware and supplies as possible so troops camping for the week will have the resources needed to complete the project.
